Manage automatic inventory replenishment by setting frequency and minimum stock levels for your inventory items across selected sites.
The Replenishment Rules page allows you to:
- Select Sites: Choose one or multiple sites where the replenishment rules will apply.
- Search Inventory Items: Find inventory items to set up replenishment rules.
- Set Replenishment Frequency: Define how often replenishment items are automatically created for inventory items.
- Set Minimum Stock Levels: Specify a minimum quantity for inventory items to trigger replenishment when stock falls below this level.
- Save Changes: Apply the changes made to replenishment rules.
By configuring these rules, you automate the restocking process, ensuring optimal inventory levels and preventing stockouts.
Selecting Sites
To select the sites where you want to apply replenishment rules:
- Click on the site selection dropdown at the top right of the page.
- In the Select Sites popover, you can:
- Search for specific sites using the search bar.
- Select All or Reset the selections using the provided options.
- Check or Uncheck individual sites from the list.
- The inventory for the selected sites will be displayed in the table.
Searching Inventory Items
Use the Search bar to find inventory items by SKU, name, category, or other details.
- The search function filters the inventory list in real-time based on the entered keyword.
- This helps you quickly locate the items you wish to update.
Setting Replenishment Frequency
The Replenishment Frequency determines the interval, in days, at which replenishment items are automatically created for an inventory item.
Steps to Set Replenishment Frequency:
- Locate the inventory item in the replenishment table.
- In the Replenishment Frequency column, click the input field.
- Enter the desired frequency in days.
- Example: Enter
7to create a replenishment item every 7 days for the item.
- Example: Enter
- Repeat for other items as needed.
Setting Minimum Stock Levels
The Minimum Level defines the threshold quantity that triggers the creation of a replenishment action when the inventory falls below this level.
Steps to Set Minimum Stock Level:
- Locate the inventory item in the replenishment table.
- In the Minimum Level column, click the input field.
- Enter the minimum quantity you wish to maintain for the item.
- Example: Enter
50to trigger replenishment when the stock falls below 50 units.
- Example: Enter
- Repeat for other items as needed.
Saving Changes
After updating the replenishment frequencies and minimum levels:
- Click the Save & Close button at the top right corner of the page.
- Your changes will be saved, and you will be returned to the Inventory Management page.
Replenishment Rules Table
The table displays the following information for each inventory item:

- SKU: The stock keeping unit identifier.
- Name: The name of the inventory item.
- Category: The category the item belongs to.
- Site: The site where the item is located.
- Batch/Unit Type: Indicates whether the item is managed in batches or units.
- Unit of Measure: The measurement unit for the item (e.g., kg, liters, pieces).
- Replenishment Frequency: Input field to set how often (in days) a purchase order is automatically created for the item.
- Minimum Level: Input field to set the minimum stock level that triggers automatic replenishment.
Navigating Back
To return to the Inventory Management page:
- Click on the Inventory Management breadcrumb at the top of the page.
- Alternatively, after clicking Save & Close , you will be redirected automatically.
