Employee Permissions

Assign and manage employee permissions to control user access and actions across the system.


Inventory Management Permissions

Employee permissions are assigned to user accounts in Salesforce under the Employee Permissions field. These permissions determine the visibility and editability of inventory-related pages and features.

Permissions Overview

View Inventory Overview
Allows users to view the Inventory Overview Page.
When disabled: The Overview option is not displayed in the Inventory page selection popout.

Edit Inventory Overview
Grants edit access to the Inventory Overview Page, enabling actions such as adding inventory items and linking inventory.


View Inventory Management
Allows users to view the Inventory Management Page.
When disabled: The Management option is not displayed in the Inventory page selection popout.

Edit Inventory Management
Grants edit access to the Inventory Management Page, enabling actions such as managing replenishment items, purchase orders, and disputes.


View Inventory Adjustment
Allows users to view the Inventory Adjustment Page.
When disabled: The Adjustment option is not displayed in the Inventory page selection popout.

Edit Inventory Adjustment
Grants edit access to the Inventory Adjustment Page, enabling the creation of adjustments for inventory items and products.


View Inventory Reconciliation
Allows users to view the Inventory Reconciliation Page.
When disabled: The Reconciliation option is not displayed in the Inventory page selection popout.

Edit Inventory Reconciliation
Grants edit access to the Inventory Reconciliation Page, enabling users to complete stock checks.


View Recipes
Allows users to view the Recipes Page.
When disabled: The Recipes option is not displayed in the Inventory page selection popout.

Edit Recipes
Grants edit access to the Recipes Page, enabling the creation and editing of recipes.
