The Adjustments page allows users to manage inventory by recording quantity changes for selected inventory items or products. It displays all adjustments made for the selected sites within the last 31 days.
Creating an Adjustment
An adjustment requires:
- Site and Location
- Inventory Item or Product
- Reason for the adjustment
- Quantity
Optionally, a custom note can be added using the Notes field. Adjustments can be made by Inventory Item or Product, depending on the use case.
Adjustment by Inventory Item
This option reduces the quantity of a selected Inventory Item at a specific Site and Location.
Steps to Create an Adjustment by Inventory Item:
Click the Add Adjustment button.
Select the
Inventory Itemslider.Search for the desired inventory item.
Select the reason for the adjustment.
Choose the adjustment sizing: single unit or batch.
Specify the quantity to remove.
Click the Confirm button.
Adjustment by Product
This option reduces the quantity of each Inventory Item assigned to the ingredients of the recipe associated with the selected Product.

Steps to Create an Adjustment by Product:
Click the Add Adjustment button.
Select the
Productslider.Search for the desired product.
Select the reason for the adjustment.
Specify the quantity to remove.
Click the Confirm button.
Inventory Adjustments Table
The Inventory Adjustments table provides an overview of all recorded adjustments, including details such as the adjustment type, reason, and reported user.

The search bar allows users to filter table rows based on any column.
Tip for Searching Dates:
- Use the format
