Bookings List Display

Configure how bookings are displayed on your register page using the Bookings List Display Type setting. This guide explains the different display options and how to set up custom time ranges.

Display Type Options

All Bookings

  • Displays every booking for the selected day.
  • Ignores specific time filters.
  • Ideal for locations with continuous availability.

Session Start Times

  • Only shows bookings that match the selected start time.
  • Requires exact time matches.
  • Useful for time-specific sessions/classes.

Custom Time Ranges

  • Displays bookings within predefined time blocks.
  • Requires additional configuration (see below).
  • Perfect for locations with scheduled operating hours.

Custom Time Range Configuration

Configuration Steps

  1. On the Capacity record:

    • Set Slot Minutes field to desired time block length (in minutes).
  2. In the Schedule's Manage Schedule tab:

    • Create daily events covering entire operating hours.
    • Example: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM for full-day coverage.
  3. On the BookNow Setup File:

    • Set Bookings List Display Type to Custom Time Ranges.

Example Configuration

Desired Time Blocks:

  • 09:00 - 12:00
  • 12:00 - 15:00
  • 15:00 - 18:00
  • 18:00 - 21:00

Setup:

  • Slot Minutes: 180 (3 hours)
  • Schedule Event: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
